• The registration is for one year
• The academic year runs parallel to the calendar year, and the holiday schedule of the Southern region applies.
• An academic year consists of 36 lessons. For students who join during the academic year, the number of lessons will be adjusted.
• After receiving the invoice, the tuition fee for the relevant period must be paid into my bank account before the specified date.
• In case of interim termination there is no possibility of refund of the tuition fee.
• If a student misses a scheduled lesson, the tuition fee for the missed lesson(s) remains due. If a student cancels in a timely manner, at least 48 hours before the lesson begins, an attempt will be made to reschedule the lesson.
• If the teacher is ill, the lesson can be made up or replaced by another teacher.
• All costs, including collection, bailiff, and legal fees, both judicial and extrajudicial, incurred by Suzanne Welters Music to enforce the student's payment obligation, will be borne by the student.
• Students aged 21 and over are subject to VAT (21%).
