SUZANNE WELTERS
Music has played a central role in my life since childhood. As a teenager, I was selected for the National Youth Fanfare Orchestra, an experience that only further fueled my passion for music.
That passion led me to the Maastricht Conservatory, where I studied two programs simultaneously: saxophone and piano. With dedication and enthusiasm, I successfully completed both programs.
This broad musical background forms the foundation of who I am as a musician today – driven, versatile and always looking for depth and connection through music.
As a saxophone soloist, I graduated with honors and had the opportunity to perform internationally—from Italy to Singapore—and collaborate with orchestras such as the Grand Harmony Orchestra of the Belgian Guides, the Netherlands Marine Band of the Royal Netherlands Navy, and the Singapore Armed Forces. I also made several CD recordings.
Besides playing the saxophone, I'm also a pianist. I enjoy accompanying choirs and soloists at competitions and concerts.
In addition, I compose and arrange works for wind bands and brass bands; my music is performed and sold worldwide.
